The team
It really helps get the kids on the golf course and that gets them more committed to the game. They have fun and the team aspect is exciting to them
Great program for every golf course
How much my juniors and their parents love the competition. All fun.
great for new and experienced players. Competitive but scramble format makes it more fun and great for teamwork and making new friends.
Everything!
The competition and the making of new friends and growing the game
There is so many things to like about the PGA Jr. League it is hard to name them all. The collaboration between players is something that I think is really missed in a lot of junior golf and PGA Jr. League gives kids that opportunity to learn from each other. The team golf atmosphere provides a lot of fun for the kids maybe just getting started in the game that individual golf would be so hard for them to do starting out. I love the team gear, they wear their jerseys all the time when they head to the golf course. I like the opportunities for a post-season and trying to put together the best team to compete against other teams in the areas.
I love the team format, the fun atmosphere and the potential for engagement with the kids. PGA junior league gives us so many opportunities to show kids how fun golf can be and encourage kids to develop a love for the game.
What's not to like?
Kids love it, parents like it and it's fun for the coaches.
A great way to introduce kids to golf.
I like the structure of the introduction of golf to a child through a team concept. It's refreshing and is a lot of fun for the kids!
Fun safe opportunities for kids to eat their competitive side. Social interaction keeps kids excited to improve and stay with the program.
The organized effort brings the juniors out
It’s a must do by any PGA Pro
It’d fun for the kids and brings a team environment to a mostly individual sport
Awesome opportunity for new kids to get on-course in a fun beginner competitive way.
It's a very relaxed fun environment for kids just starting the game to get into competitive golf
Great opportunity for the kids, a good revenue source and fun to be a part of!
Team work and getting to introduce the game to all levels of players
Getting kids on course in a friendly inviting way that is not overwhelming and full of pressure. I love the team aspect and opportunities for kids to meet others and make new friends.
Teaching the children to play golf, and all the life lessons that go with it. The include, winning and losing gracefully, playing with others even though golf is somewhat a singular sport. It’s a joy to see their joy!
The ability toteach, promote, and compete with all age brackets in a fun and informative atmosphere is what I like about the PGA Jr. League format.
It is an organized way to get kids out playing
Best way to get kids to play first and then coach.
An opportunity to have a fun and new format for our junior golfers.
Everything! It's a great way to get kids on the golf course having fun with their friends. The format welcomes brand new golfers to accomplished players which makes it the best way to grow youth participation in the game. The team kits, the mobile app, the support from the PGA Jr. League staff, the ability to drive revenue to my coaching and also my facility, and the community it's built for me, makes PGA Jr. League a must-have for every PGA Professional.
great introductory program, involves not only kids but the families which creates multiple revenue and program growth.
