Great introduction tool for beginners
JR League is a great way to get kids involved in the game in a fun and friendly setting. Kids of all levels of golf can enjoy this league. It introduces beginners to all the aspects of the game.
It's also a great way to meet fellow Professionals in the surrounding area that we are not capable of doing on a daily basis.
It's always nice to create another revenue stream, but that pales in comparison to the eternal value of interaction with the kids and their parents, and getting to know the people on the opposing teams and their families. It's a bit overwhelming to see these young people play, practice and compete. It's a breath of fresh air in what can be a stale world.
It is the absolute best Junior Golf Program in the country to get kids involved with golf in a fun way. The kids can learn the game and not have the stress of playing in an individual competition.
Family interaction
The kids love it!!!!
The program is easy to implement, and the help you receive is phenomenal. This is a great program to help get kids on the golf course and teach them how to play the game. One of my favorite parts of the program that I enjoy watching is the interactions and relationships between the kids on each team. The first practice is quiet as they get to know either other, then you really get to see the friendships and bonding occur, just like in a normal team sport.
We have had a fantastic fun experience with PGA JR LEAGUE.
Our kids will now have Golf apart of their lives forever. Golf has now become a key toward their future success.
Our junior golfers are now recruiting their friends.

PGAJL is a great entree to competition for young golfers. Not only do they get a taste of competitive golf, but they are making new friends each season.
Great format that makes it less stressful for new golfers to join
All the kids are supportive of eachother in the team setting and root on the less experienced players
The format is absolutely perfect for varying levels of youth golfers. It allows kids to succeed, to fail, and to have fun. I see our program growing and growing to the point where we need to start worrying about space on the golf course.
The kids love it!
An opportunity for children to develop golf skills and friendships in a fun team based
atmosphere . Confidence , self esteem and inter acting with others are a very positive
result of their participation .
Great way to start beginners. Helps build team experience and helps network kids that hopefully will become friends for life because of golf.
I enjoy watching my son enjoy the game with his peers and also have to opportunity to learn from kids who are older and more experienced than him. It is a great environment for player and character development!
Kids do not have to make a Middle School or High School Golf Team is compete. Gives the kid that just enjoys playing their own chance.
Their own chance to have some fun and be a part of a "Team". A Team, that is just as important.
A Life of Golf for Kids
It introduces competitive golf to youngsters in a very casual, fun way.
I like that there is a wide range of age groups and skill levels. This provides the opportunity for older, more experienced kids to be put in a leadership/mentor role and for the younger kids to learn from their peers and develop a sense of 'team' in an otherwise individual sport.
Makes golf a team game for kids this young. That way they can play it with their friends still
Good format
Comraderie, money, fun.
The kids love the scramble format and the team jerseys.
It gets kids playing golf and having fun playing golf.
Opportunity for young people to learn about golf , meet new friends , teamwork ,problem
