Love the program. I will do three in house programs this year. A spring, late summer and fall. Only problem I have is with the jerseys. They take forever to arrive and I have many kids that sign up last minute. They might get their jersey on the last day of the program if I'm lucky.

I liked watching the kids compete and work together as a team
The kids have fun. They make friends. The parents come out and support and watch their juniors play. It introduces juniors to etiquette, rules, competition, strategy, talking to each other, listening, get out and walk, so some exercise, interaction with other juniors, how to deal with defeat and victory, how to listen to coaches, mentoring, being mentored. This is a list I came up with in just 3-4 minutes. It is the best program I have been involved with during my 20 years with the PGA. It has allowed me to coach my own great-grandson. How could anything be better than that??????

It comes with a proven template but allows for the freedom to make it your own program.
The team and game format. Getting the kids together and on the golf course has been extremely beneficial. I've had way too many private lesson juniors that were not getting on course experience(except with me). I hope this encourages them and forms new relationships to they play more golf!
