Coach Testimonials
Gives junior golfers confidence because of the scramble format. Also, the older juniors can assume a leadership and mentor role.
The competition for the kids. Playing different courses Playing with the kids
Easy to run. Flexible program to tailor to your individual needs.
Everything!
Best junior program going, a must for every club!
It is a fantastic program and we have been very successful with it. Kids and parents both like the fact they get to "play" golf in a friendly competitive environment. It gives the kids a chance to get comfortable with competition and learn while learning the values of the game.
The juniors love the uniforms, team concept while still keeping the individual feeling good about helping the team out.
It's a great opportunity for kids who normally don't play to experience the golf course in a fun team setting.
The fun of competition and kids making new friends.
You can tailor your team make-up any way you like, depending on how developed you Junior Golf program is. Kids get to play a minimum six holes in each game and sometimes all nine holes. PGA JL brings families out to play too!
Love every aspect of it. The program is run very well from top to bottom. Totally recommend it to any golf professional
Great format to get kids involved in golf with little pressure. The team concept is very good.
HOWEVER, I HATE THE FACT THAT EVERY PLAYER ON EVERY TEAM WEARS THE SAME COLOR JERSEY!!!
Can you name any other sport that thinks this is a good idea?
Please wake up and change this back to what worked great for 6 years. PLEASE!!
Not too much demand for time on the course and the extra revenue was great!
It's another program that I can have in my Junior Golf schedule. The parents really seem to have bought in, so that makes it a little easier on my part.
Fun for the kids. Repeat customers (families) for the course
The format and team environment are fantastic. Its a great introduction to competitive golf.
The format is great for kids of all skill levels. They learn about the game thru their coaches, other players, and their own experiences.
The team atmosphere, it's a nice way to introduce the kids to golf in a competitive atmosphere.
I feel like it s a great way to introduce the game to kids.
Teaches the kids about how to interact on the golf course with other kids and provides them an opportunity to compete and grow. The PGA Jr. League is a great stepping stone to hopefully a lifetime of playing golf. It gives the PGA Professional a great platform to grow the game.
I like the concept of recreational golf and player development.
Do NOT LIKE THE POST SEASON BEING PROMOTED SO MUCH.
I enjoy seeing the juniors create friendships with those they may not have met. Their excitement over making a long putt, giving high fives to each other and smiling when leaving the course.
