I like that the people who cut hair keep track of each person's preferences and print it out to go over with you. I also like their dedication to their craft. They are meticulous in making sure the cut looks good from every angle, etc.

I have found the staff to be friendly and I get pretty good hair cuts. I get the MVP mostly to wash the loose hair out.

It really depends on the employee. I've found that 90% of the time the employees hired by sports clips are extremely friendly, understanding, and helpful. These qualities I find crucial when I get my haircut, and am thankful to have.
