More generally, great customer service coupled with knowledgeable and skilled staff in a guy-friendly environment makes Sport Clips hard to beat and easy to use!
A couple of critiques-
I do strongly recommend changes to the reservation/sign-in system:
1) that allows sign in up to 30 minutes before opening (otherwise I have to commit to driving to Sport Clips and risk a wait in line & waiting in line when I can be productive is one of my least favorite things).
2) similar to the above, some way of allowing an advance reservation in instances where at the time of placing the reservation there is 0 to 5 minutes wait, but I have a 20 min drive to get there (which means I will be quite "late").
Happy to chat to better explain myself if that would be useful! Otherwise, the Sport Clips team is great!!

Becca. My stylist. I get the MVP every time I go to get to hang out with her longer. She's like therapy. Like a scissor wielding bartender. Not only do I get to work out my issues with her, but after the shampoo/head massage, I'm pretty sure I leave a few IQ points higher than when I went in. My look and my attitude are always better after a visit with her.

The Sports Clips at 9738 SE Washington St, Portland, OR 97216 has the best stylists, great prices, and I always leave happy with their work. This past time, my stylist, Kattie, was both highly skilled and professional while being friendly and pleasant. Other, so-called "higher end" barber shops I've been to have never been able to give me the quality and value I get here, with particular emphasis on quality. I prefer going here over any other place.
Tyler was AMAZING with my disabled boy! He had patience and was so very kind!
