My first experience with sport clips was absolutely amazing. If sport clips needed a spokesperson for their business it should be offered to Tyler. His energy was welcoming and passionate. He was so easy to communicate with. I said a few words about what I wanted in a haircut where most places kinda hesitate and look at me for a second then try to sell me on a different style or some recommendation. Tyler said “I gotchu” and went straight to work. I was a first timer , it was close to closing time and he still was able to give me a wonderful first impression even with there being limited time. He explained a little bit of backstory on the company, the way the “mvp” experience worked. We continued on with sharing some of our own experiences recently in moving to a new place and getting settled, all the while getting a perfect haircut and experience with the hot towels , he explained the essential oils and products being used and what some of the benefits are with those products why the company chooses to use them. The knowledge he fit into that small window of time needs to be studied by your company. Meanwhile his friendly demeanor never swayed. From start to finish even under time limitations on a Friday night he made me feel more then comfortable , like I’d been going there for years and I was just another regular. There was also a co worker there that evening and I apologize I didn’t catch her name but she was also welcoming with a warm smile and a friendly greeting as I entered the doors. Overall this was an excellent experience I did not expect from a franchised company. I felt better there that day then I did my previous 2 haircuts at local barbers in the Beaverton area prior to that day. I hope this reaches back to Tyler because for the first time in the past year I felt like was part of the community here in Oregon. To be seen is the most underrated part of customer service and this was something that needs to known.

Rae at your Beaverton, OR location has been cutting my hair for a few years now and she is the primary reason I go there. Rae is extremely personable and knows the random challenges that I have with my hair.
Wish you guys could find a system that accommodates regulars where they can book appointments with their favorite stylist instead of the online check-in where there are glitches from time-to-time which can be frustrating.
