Hailey provided an incredible experience from start to finish! She was so attentive and made sure I was completely comfortable. The hot towel on my face was the perfect touch, making the shampooing feel like a spa treatment. The massage chair added to the relaxation, and the tea tree shampoo left my scalp feeling refreshed and invigorated. Hailey's technique was gentle yet thorough, and her scalp massage was absolute heaven. She made the whole experience feel luxurious—I can't wait to come back!

My stylist is the best.
I think shampoo needs to be included. Charge a little extra, what ever, but include it. Feels like your getting nickel and dimed with Triple Play and other teatments when wahing you hair out after its cut should be standard. (And) The recumbent vibrating chair with leg extension at the hair washing station, needs to go. It is very cheap and uncomfortable, like
one of those quarter beds at a seedy motel.

I like the TV is on sports, I like the quality of products that you sell. The people have always been nothing but kind and pleasant with me. The hot towel is so nice.. I'm ok when it goes for a longer time ;)
