great job with service. the POS systems needs to be upgraded as it is very out of date and will potential customers away . the checkin in checkout process and scheduling doesnt now work for multiple family members to schedule at same convenient times. Simple to fix

I take my 9.5 year old grandson to Sport clips and they alway treat him very well. the barber always communicates with him and makes sure he is ok with what they are doing. in fact my grandson felt so comfortable this time he let them wash his hair and do the whole vip treatment. It was great.

I like the atmosphere. Kaylee does a great job. She is very popular so sometimes it's a bit of a weight but it's worth it. I live at the coast and I haven't been able to find anyone who will cut my hair the way I want it. So I found Kaylee and haven't tried anyone else because she does such a great job I'm not interested in finding someone down here anymore
Got at the store before 9am. The store manager promptly opened door at 9. I got great MVP service. I know that Oregon prohibits SportsClip associates from giving the back massage with the massage gun, and I'm totally okay with that. No reason to mark them down just because state law forbids massages.
I love the staff!! That is the biggest reason I come back. I always feel sharp and confident after getting my hair cut and love conversations with the stylists about anything and everything. I most recently had my hair cut by Kayla R. and she was wonderful, I will continue to see her as long as my schedule permits.

The haircut was done exactly the way I wanted, and the stylist was extremely polite, skilled, and attentive. What stood out to me was how genuine and customer friendly they were.
I had asked for a beard trim, and while they initially mentioned it costs extra, they ended up spending just a couple of minutes on it.. and did such a great job that I absolutely love how my beard looks now. They didn’t even charge me for it, which showed me they genuinely care more about customer satisfaction than just making money.
Overall, I walked out really happy with both the service and the experience.
That you keep record of how I my hair was cut, so it is really easy to just say, same as last time and they know how to cut my hair. I also love the MVP service.
We took my 4 year old son here for his first “big boy” haircut. We’re so impressed with how organized, clean, and talented the salon and the stylist were!!! His haircut turned out beautifully but the entire experience was fantastic. We’re so happy and will definitely return.
