I met Wendy at the Oregon City location. Her professionalism, ability, and cheerful demeanor immediately made my experience. It's clear she sets the benchmark for those around her. Upon closure of the Oregon City location, I followed her to West Linn where nothing has changed. She continues to go out of her way to make people feel welcome and comfortable.
I don't use much by way of product, and I can get my haircut anywhere. Wendy is the reason I return. My experience with the balance of the West Linn staff have been pleasant as well.

It was early in the morning when I visited for my hair cut. Fellicia was very attentative to my needs. I wanted to change up how I had my hair cut than what was on my profile and we discussed in great detail what I wanted and her advice on how to go about getting the results I wanted. In the end she gave me the perfect hair cut for when I went to my daughters wedding on the next day. Fellicia is a god send to this store!
