Last year I had A LOT of issues with deliveries and my tank almost running out of gas twice. I had to call customer service many times. When I called and asked why nobody had been out I would just get the run around. They would say, it's been sent to dispatch. I would not be allowed to talk to anyone "at dispatch" just more run around. I was on the verge of going to another provider.
This year has been completely different.
I've not had any issues so far. My tank was filled without me needing to call at all.
I'm not sure what changed. But, I'm glad it did. Or, I would no longer be a customer.

Earhart has always been timely. When we had an outdoor leak in the coldest days of winter they responded quickly. All the technicians were efficient and explained the situation well.

I like that delivery is automatic. I receive a text when fuel is delivered and an email showing the cost.
Fast delivery as needed. Calls us ahead so we can unlock our gate. They close our gate afterwards so our dogs can not get loose before we relock the gate.
