I can’t speak for other locations but the location I drop in on has been fairly consistent. With that being said, your stylist makes or breaks your experience. Recently, I have had an exceptional run of good luck with the manager “Mo” at the Matthews Festival, Matthews North Carolina location. Exceptional customer service, always professional and clearly elevated skill set.
