Cecelia is incredible! Female here who chose her to fix a really bad pixie cut. Somehow, with very little hair, she worked a miracle on me. She understands short hair and she’s really good. One of the best cuts I’ve ever had and I’ve been wearing short hair on and off since 1993. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
