You need to find a way to remember the haircut recipe for each customer across all of your stores. When o go to different stores, it is very irritating to have to explain what I want. I would guess most clients just want what we got last time. Being able to talk across stores would increase the value of the franchise.

Warm atmosphere and polite and receptive people. They made sure I was well taken care and my car was cut how I wanted it, checking with me and each step.

Love the VIP Experience…. Though each stylist is different. Some stylist rush through to clear the chair for the next customer, while some stylist take their time for customer pleasure and service. But for the most part I joy them enough to keep returning.

The customer service here is always wonderful, I've been coming here for years because the stylist care about customers and always do a phenomenal job.
