Ms. Tesha at the Knightdale store is a top professional. She is very caring about her craft as a hair stylist towards her clients. Ms. Tesha is often the first person that visitors will see as she greets them from the store front. This particular location runs because of her experience and the way she assists her coworkers.

Everyone at the location was welcoming and the services available were well shown, described, and fairly priced. My hairdresser Love was great, very attentive and caring, and convinced me to get extra service and return in the future. I was previously a Great Clips customer because I wanted a cheap and quick cut, but I am now planning to switch to Sport Clips permanently. Thanks Love!

I visited the Birkdale location on 3/7, and it was first my first time at this store. There's always a bit of apprehension when you're working with someone for the first time, but within minutes Mandy put any concerns I might have had to rest. She was professional, listened to what I wanted, and then delivered. Is there a more simplistic, yet powerful model for delivering OUTSTANDING customer service? No, that's the one. Rinse and Repeat.
