that you keep a record of service/cut so no matter who cuts my hair, they stylist knows how I want it. Only thing is when I went to a Sports Clips in Illinois a couple of years ago, they were not able to look at this record to know how I like my haircut. that would be nice that your system would include this. Also, every stylist that has cut my hair has always been very friendly and professional.
Always, always perfect service! Being able to check the queue online and estimated wait times, plus being able to select a stylist (if you prefer getting a haircut by the same person every time) is just so beneficial. I no longer have to wait forever just to be seen, and can just quickly join the queue from my phone and see an estimated time for when it would become my turn or "on deck" moment. You can even check the list of people ahead of you and see who is already in a chair getting cut, and who would be next before you.
Now, the quality of the haircuts and excellence of the staff cannot be understated. I have been going to sport clips for a very long time now, multiple different locations, and have never once received a haircut I did not like, or had a hair stylist that would not work with me to make sure I left feeling absolutely satisfactory about my cut. For example, not being sure what length I want on the sides, so starting at a four guard, then deciding I would like a three or two instead. They will always assist, and provide the best and friendliest service at the same time. Like they truly care about not only making the customer completely satisfied with their hair, but also showing a love and care for what they do.
I also had two brain surgeries in 2019, so I have a very large scar going down the entire back of my head and onto my neck a little, and reduced movement in my neck, I have always been very respectfully asked if it is more tender, or needs special care so I am as comfortable as can be while they cut the hair in that area. For me however, it is when being moved back to get my hair washed and the steamed towel, as tilting my head back for the shampoo and conditioner washing does not feel the best with my reduced neck movement. Which for the price of the MVP deal to get that steamed towel and entire treatment, I cannot state how worth it that is. Everything about Sport Clips is top notch. Always 10/10.

Stylist (Logan) was great! It was my first time in Sports Clips and it will not be my last. The stylist was very skilled and asked all types of pertinent questions about my hair and how I styled it. Also, Logan recommended certain differences on how I cut and wore my hair. I didn’t feel rushed nor like she was just trying to rush through my cut. Very friendly and welcoming. I will absolutely come back to see her!

The stylists do a wonderful job with my 4 year old. Every one that we've had has been welcoming and has done a great job cutting his hair. Being able to check in online is super helpful as well. My son loves visiting "the hair cut store" as he calls it.

I’ve been going to the Cornelius location for almost two years, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Bri has been my stylist the entire time, and she does an outstanding job. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and consistently gives a great haircut. I highly recommend her and the entire team.
