service is great, except if you are going to offer the customer the option to sign in before the store opens it should be allowed 15 be allowed minutes before the store opens not at the time the doors are unlocked!!!!!!!!!

Great job by the exact stylist (don't recall name) providing service related to this survey. It's been hit or miss in the past.
I have 3 boys aged 14, 12 & 10. They enjoy coming for the MVP experience and getting to watch sports during the haircut. It has made it a much more enjoyable experience.
Reasonably priced and friendly stylists
Ali has been at the Cornelius store for years and she is excellent, she is why I keep coming back. I will say the products have also been surprisingly good. I’ve used the tea tree shampoo for a while and Ali recently recommended this dandruff shampoo/conditioner that is new. I also like that. Unfortuntately I am blanking on the name of that product.
