I really appreciate that Sport Clips has a very well defined audience without turning anyone away — you actually seem to have a loyal client base of older ladies and I recently saw a family visit that was two older folks with an adult, developmentally disabled son. I say this because it’s a remarkable credit to your staff that they strike such a fantastic balance between marketing a large but somewhat insular message — “a place for guys to get pampered and watch sports” — with an equally welcome and inclusive atmosphere. Everyone is welcome at Sport Clips. I really wanted to call this out because while I’m not a “sports guy,” I am a man who sees and recognizes the sportsmen spirit when I see it. The best thing about Sport Clips is that it’s a sporting place. And I think it’s absolutely fantastic and delightful that many Sport Clips are owned and run by women. The ladies are working overtime, and I hope they’re getting paid every cent the same as the men.

I’ve been to a lot of sports clips in different areas and Kelly at this location was the absolute best. Her attitude and personality was addicting making you want more.
Her precision and attention to detail to my hair and beard was so satisfying. She asked me if I would like to have another scalp massage once we got back to the hair washing station, I had to refuse because she did so well it almost put me to sleep.
