Everyone there really knows how to cut hair. Even better than other sport clips.
The stylists are efficient and proficient. My only complaint is the online check in, specifically the estimate of actual time. It has been off by more than 15 min at least 4 out of 5 visits.

They mostly have great stylists! In most stores I've experienced. (Of course, every once in a while, a 'not so good one' slips through the hiring process, but they don't last.)
I like the "vibe" of the shop. It is the closest to a traditional barber shop among the various hair places available to me in my neighborhood and community. I especially like the registration on the App and being put in line so I can plan my day, pursue other tasks and arrive in the shop at just the right time (with the reminder texts alerting and tracking me) to sit in the chair and be treated right.
