The stylist was very friendly and talkative! I didn't know they were doing free cuts for Veterans on Veterans Day, and when I found out, I rushed over there. She got me right in, cut up, washed off and sent on my way with a smile. I hope SportsClips takes care of their stylists very well on these special days!

To Whom It May Concern,
I'm in Grand Rapids for work over the course of the next month so I dropped in at SportClips to get my haircut on Friday evening after a long day. Melanie was my stylist and it was a random choice as I just walked in the door towards the end of working hours. Melanie greeted me with a smile and not only proceeded to give me an flawless haircut and MVP experience, but she might have been the kindest, sweetest person I've ever met in my life. She was engaging in conversation as she cut my hair, shared stories about her life and made me feel like someone she's known for years. I've been a customer of SportClips for years and I've been to stores all around the country due to my work travels. I can honestly say that the experience I had with Melanie was the single best experience I've ever had at any SportClips location. She's amazing and represents the brand and the company exceptionally well. I hope this message somehow makes it to the manager of the location in Grandville, MI where she works because she deserves all the recognition and praise one could get.

Sarah at the Harvey Street location in Muskegon, Michigan did an outstanding job with my haircut. Sarah is very professional and takes her time when cutting my hair. She is very personable. I will definitely recommend my friends of family to Sports Clips. Good job Sarah, keep up with all the good work!
PS: Sarah needs a raise, she is a great asset to your company. I think that for Christmas, Sports Clips should provide a fully paid trip to Disney World for her and her family which should include paid airfares, paid accommodation at a 5 star hotel in Orlando and $10,000 in spending money, wait......bump that spending money to $15,000 everything is expensive nowadays. One other thing, she needs a limousine to transport her and her family from the airport to the hotel. There also should be free champagne for the adults and Mountain Dew and Shirley Temples for the kiddos in the limo!!
I will donate "Make America Great Again" hats to Sarah and her family to wear while on vacation at Disney World!!
