I specifically like checking in on the app and we have had good hair cuts all around. I’m filling out the survey today though, because we have had our best experience yet with Rachel at the Fruitport location. I am very picky when it comes to my son‘s haircuts and usually I ask the stylist to fix something or blend something after they are finished. But with Rachel, I didn’t even have to ask because the haircut was perfect. The next day I brought my other two kids in and had her cut their hair too. She does a phenomenal job and the kids really liked her. :)
They listened to my 8 year old son and gave him the haircut he asked for. He was so happy he was smiling all the way out and asking me to take pictures.
I like the reservation status that lets me know when is best to make an appointment. I would like it if my veterans status could be listed, the same as how I like my hair cut. I don't mention I'm an Army veteran too often, but have been given the discount when I bring it up in conversation. I don't like to be one of "those guys", eh ?

Abby was great I always prefer to get my hair cut by her and talking with her. She’s the manager at the Westnedge location and her and I like to talk about management stuff which is nice. This is the only place I’ll go to get my hair cut because of her and her staff.
