Classes
Jan (Monday Silver Sneakers, Senior Hiking Club) and Phyllis (Tuesday/Thursday Strength & Balance) have excellent classes. The Silver Sneakers and Strength and Balance classes consist of a wide range of exercises and undoubtedly are keeping us healthier than we otherwise might be. The hiking club is a nice change from indoor exercise, and we might be walking a bit faster as a result of participation in it. Phyllis is sweet, but we'll all do our best not to fall for her (too much paperwork, etc.). I have wondered if it would be possible to have a second Silver Sneakers/Fitness After 50 class after Danielle's yoga class on Mondays because Jan's class gets quite full at times; however, I wouldn't want to miss out on her class. I love the pool and aquatics program.
I like the consistency of the teachers and how they build relationships with the students. It helps to make it a more well-rounded program.

At my age of almost 88 who no longer drives, I use the pool usually once a week.
The warm water is so helpful with my arthritis, I feel so much better after 30 minutes of movement in the supportive water. My joints feel better for at least 3 days. Also the staff from the front desk personnel, the life guard and new aquatics director as well as Dawn. It sure feels like my “home” where I taught aquatics. Also I see many familiar friends in the water exercise class.
Great activities. Great instructors and staff! Love the facility. Have signed up 2 new members this month!
Silver sneakers classes
I like the steam room. I like the arm operated bike.

Very "user friendly" and the stall is always willing to go the extra mile.
