I especially like pickle ball and the Friday 10am exercise class with Erin. I plan to try other classes on my available days.

Building and bathrooms are clean and never overly crowded. Good amount of classes however more would be great!

I enjoy the 10 am exercise classes with Rosie and with Tyler.
I appreciate that they always start on time, and that the time is consistent.
I used to go somewhere else and one day a class was scheduled for 9:45, another day 10:00 another day 10:15. It was so hard to keep straight!

There is something for everyone and for all ages.

My husband and I like to attend the chair stretch class with Christine. I also plan to go to the next book discussion led by Christine . We miss the Saturday chair yoga class led by Sarah, maybe you can restart that if Sarah becomes available or try to get another leader, we really like Mary who is the chair yoga instructor on Wednesday morning at the Westlake Recreation Center. I believe she lives in Westlake.

I like the smallness of the place

Staff wonderful! Classes very worthwhile, trainers provide excellent instruction, guidance and make the classes enjoyable. Facility clean, walkways salted early, when appropriate. I come four to five days per week and enjoy my time spent there.

The pool is clean and a perfect temperature. All the employees are friendly and happy to help

I enjoy the yoga offerings at times other than normal business hours.

Love the classes, Fit Over Fifty ,Silver Sneakers and Strength and Balance . The teachers Jan, Amanda and Phyllis are awesome. Hate missing those classes

I love the Friday morning Tai-Chi class! In addition to learning about this discipline, Elizabeth Revy shares her wealth of knowledge about overall healing. She is an absolute delight!
