Friendliness and warmth
My two daughters (5 and 7y/o) have not spent much time around pools but the swim instructors were amazing and were able to push them past there comfort zone and now they can't wait for classes to start up again.

The Active Older Adult program is effective. The treadmills work. Delinda and front desk are nice.
A pastor is leaving candy in the men's locker room and this is counter productive and encourages ants. Many lockers have overnight locks on for years.

I really enjoy this variety of classes that are available. The teachers are very enthusiastic and motivating. The atmosphere is always friendly.

I feel so connected to the West Park YMCA. The sense of community and family in addition to the awesome staff and classes is what keeps me coming back every day!
I enjoy the variety of the programs and the welcoming attitudes of the staff and instructors. It is a friendly place with varied programs and events. Something for everyone.

We are very happy with the swimming lessons our boys have been taking. Our youngest son needed to pass the BSA swim test to advance to the next Scout rank. After his last class, he was able to pass the test.

I have yet to do a program or activity I only use the weight machines and treadmills. However, the facility is clean, staff are friendly, good assortment of equipment, people using the equipment are good about wiping down the equipment. All in all a very good workout environment.
Absolutely wonderful barre classes! Absolutely wonderful teachers! I love the authenticity of the facility. It is simple. It is perfect. It prevents the Y from incurring debt with wastefulness construction spending.
I don’t know how well the teachers are paid, but I know there is a very competitive atmosphere with Pilates yoga and barre studios opening up all over. I think it is imperative that the YMCA remain competitive so that they can keep outstanding teachers with competitive pay. This is key to serving your members and building a very strong and active community. Thanks for all you do!!!
