The location and atmosphere of the facility. The employees and people you meet are friendly and you offer multiple program activity selections.
easy access
The Warrensville facility and especially the swimming pool is beautifully designed for multi-use. I have never seen a single pool so well well designed to accommodate the elderly and physically challenged, the lap swimmers and families. The high ceilings and natural light create an uplifting environment.
I like the excercise classes and having the senior room separated from others

I use the lap pool. The pool is large and clean. The staff is considerate and friendly. The locker room is freshly painted but could use more regular sweeping and mopping. The one item that does cause me concern is the miscommunication regarding reservation of lap lanes. I have arrived at the pool to find someone (or a class) in the lane that I have reserved. Thankfully, we have been able to resolve the conflict ourselves. But, I am not sure why this happens?

Everyone is friendly. Service is good. The place is clean, VERY clean, and well maintained. I got twice to three timers a week with my son. We share a swimming lane and he swims (like a fish) while I (aged 86) do strenuous water aerobics for forty minutes. We hit the hot tub for ten minutes before hand and have had friendly, warm conversations with other patrons there. We went to another facility before registering here and there is no comparison. The people here like helping and they;'re pleasant and fun to talk with.
