I absolutely love the Senior Room. I think both exercise places have value. I like the socialization and exercise equipment in the senior room. I feel very successful in that environment. I have met new friends while working out. I feel that the equipment is designed for someone my age.

So many things for seniors and other activities all the time.
I love the pool! The machines in the wellness center are up to date and available without waiting. The high
ceilings in the pool and the wellness center give lots of natural light and good ventilation. This with friendly patrons and staff give an uplifting sense of well being.
Over 50 exercise class, chair yoga and line dancing in the evening and Saturdays
Everyone is very healthful.
