The different activities that are available
As an older adult with arthritis, I have especially appreciated your pool classes designed for arthritis and your special classes for older women regarding the weight lifting/strengthening classes.
I only use the weight room right now. I do see other available options though. I will research those options soon.
Many workout classes, as well as swim classes.

I am grateful the the YMCA opened !!! The reason I joined is the unavailability to use the pool at Cleveland State. The staff at the Y are awesome.

Lakewood Y has everything needed to make your life amazing! Trainers, yoga, spinning, all level of cardio classes, beautiful equipment, basketball courts, a pool, sauna, child care, child watch, kids sports programs and camps, and so much more! All with great staff to answer all your questions!!!

I'm so grateful that the pool is available again. I do appreciate the need for caution and the way that care is being taken to keep up with cleaning and sanitizing and keeping a limit on the number of people at all times.

I do not take part in any program or activity. i exercise before work and the staff I encounter is great. Unfortunately your late opening time and closing of the showers has me looking for another gym.
Flexible classes regarding types of classes and times classes are being offered. As time goes by with COVID 19, I hope the YMCA will offer what was offered in the past.

Don’t really do too many classes or activities. Just do lifting and cardio. I just enjoy the environment.

I am most interested in instructor-lead yoga classes and Senior Express class.
Just 2 yoga classes available now that I know of: 8 am Tues. outdoors and 6 pm Thurs. indoors.
(and I only found out about those by a neighbor telling me - WHY ARE CLASSES LISTED ON AN APP, BUT NOT ON THE WEBSITE?!!!) I do not have a smart phone, but I do check the website.
Otherwise, all the steps the Y is taking to keep everyone safe is admirable.
