I love all the activities that suit me. I love how easy it is to cross facilities. I love the programs and the times they stay open you can go early or late. Really not much to say I love the equipment the jacuzzi the pool the exercise equipment that we need to be healthy. I don't go as much as I used to and that makes me sad but I know the why is always there. I'm more independent but when I want to take a class I have enjoyed a few over the years. I do share with people.
Structured group exercise classes
I love your water aerobics classes, the instructor is great. Wish the pool got cleaned more often.
Circuits
They are plentiful and varied
The instructors are so tough but so great. Cindy and Suzy (The Twins) are so willing to help you and explain everything.
The instructors and the ease of parking and checking in. The friendliness of the staff at the Lakewood Y.
I play pickleball and it’s so much fun. Not too competitive, new players are welcome. I have made good friends there.
I love the weight room the staff is real friendly and good people to be around a nice clean gym I also like the hot tube a great place to be I think there can be a better air circulation in the gym but other then that it's great
It's a great facility!
Susie n Cindy classes
Great staff friendly. Always greet you
Nice facilities. Clean facilities. Friendly staff and people. Lots to do.
Hands down, my favorite Y offering is Pathways. It has made it possible for me to get back into shape while caring for a toddler. And it’s great for my daughter to practice being around other children and caregivers before she starts preschool.
variety
Mary who teaches Strength on Sunday morning is absolutely awesome. She is the reason I’ve been consistent with my attendance.
Great programs. Great instructors. Great people.
Friendly staff and clean, inviting facility

I like the variety of classes and the instructors.
I am so grateful for the Silver Sneakers program offered through my Medicare plan. Although I was a long standing member of the "Y", I was disconnected during the Covid times of caution.
It's great to be back and attending classes and training to keep me strong and physically balanced as I grow older.
Nearby, affordable, convenient, easy.
I just use the gym and sometimes the pool. The gym has a lot of treadmills and ellipticals so you don’t have to wait for someone to finish. Everybody is respectful and keeps equipment clean. The classes look fun when I walk by but I’ve never tried one.
Staff, especially Griffin. Give that man a raise.
I use the gym for basketball every weekday morning (5:30 a.m.) and I enjoy it thoroughly. It's also always a pleasant experience to interact with the staff at the front desk. They're helpful when help is needed. Occasionally, I use the exercise equipment upstairs, and that's always a positive experience, too.
The "front desk" are all so friendly/nice. Great Spin teachers but wish there were more spin classes ( like Sunday) in winter. Great programs on Monday morning...and Tuesday morning....
Kinda of like physical therapy movements
There’s quite a bit to choose from
The pool is great and hours are good. The spin classes are great and am planning on trying out other classes this winter.
Easy to access.
