Arthritis swim class is great!
Structure activities helps with keeping routines and schedules for consistency. Also, leisure activities at consistent times.
There's a variety of kettle bells and weights to use. As well as machines although I wish there were even more arms & legs machines.
I don’t take advantage of many programs or activities. My husband uses the machine machines and the weights. And I swim in the pool.
There are classes in the morning and evenings which is great. Have they ever tried scheduling any afternoon classes?
If you want to be active you can or just work out at your pace. Bob Torok
The councilors seem very attentive and engaged with the kids. My son has had a very good experience here this summer.

I enjoy the weight loss class although I don’t think it should be an added cost. I was very happy that there is volleyball on Fridays now!
