Laura is an outstanding instructor. I truly enjoy her Zumba dance class. I’m thrilled that she has added a Cardio Dance class on Wednesdays. I encouraged a few friends to attend her class, and they absolutely love the class. Laura brings an unmatched energy and enthusiasm in class and makes everyone who attends her class feel they are welcome,

The different activities available for my son. When my son comes home from camp he ALWAYS take a nap. He is too busy for a traditional camp. This camp is perfect for him because he can runnnnnnnn all day.

The Lakewood YMCA fosters a real sense of community. A friend and I joined together, then encouraged our friends to join. Now we meet up at the Y more often than we meet for happy hour.

No everything is ok
recent updated or common sense adjustments to weight room equipment....but, having said that, the dropping of deadlifts or clean & jerk movements is jarring...making one feel as if they are personally involved in a car accident!
All group exercise classes are amazing with excellent instructors

I only use the aquatics for lap swimming. The facilities are good despite the occasional lifeguard shortages.
