Aquafit class has brought my strength back since my cancer treatment. Instructors are great! Sometimes the pool is too crowded for shallow water activity. People are friendly. Exercise room is nice. Remodeling is helping for a very old facility.
So far, I have just done Water aerobics and Zumba. Great people, lots of fun.
