I recently joined the Y after doing some rehab in the UH part of it. The senior activity director reached out to me and wanted to know what programs I was interested in. Now that the Covid numbers are so high I was grateful for the zoom exercise class which I participate in. Looking forward to attending classes once this pandemic is under control.
Basically just walking and using treadmill right now.
Enjoy playing pickleball. And using exercise facility. I do wish you had a track for running/ walking exercise

I like the group exercise classes and the morning class instructors at Geauga. Melanie brings variety to each class which provides a great workout and keeps the classes fresh.
I like pickleball
water aerobics would be a lot better with a professional instructor
The classes are amazing and the instructors are personable but make sure that you get a good work out. They supervisory team are present and are careful with your health and well being..
I like being able to swim at my chosen time for my chosen length of time. People are nice.

I enjoy the variety of programs offered , and how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is. I enjoy seeing and talking with other seniors in various programs. A Healthy, Happy, Nice place to go considering the state of affairs the world is in. The Y is good for my body and my mental health.

They're fine.....a number of things to chose from.
Jake is an amazing swimming instructor. My extremely shy three year old has began to flourish and looks forward to swimming with her teacher Mr. Jake as she says. He’s great with the kids, gives them confidence and makes them feel important while they learn. Even with all the masks (which she has had a hard time adapting to and has said ppl are “mean” I’m guessing due to not seeing faces) everyone from front desk to childcare to aquatics has been very friendly and has helped her adjust.
