Love the senior program
Sports Camp for us started as a form of consistent care during the summer months. Now 3 years later camp has evolved into a place of learning morals, values, respect, and team work. My daughter comes home from camp with the best stories of her experiences and newly developed friendships. We are nearing the end of the camp season and she is already excited about next season. Nearly everyday she comes home telling us so and so is coming back next year too! The only negative I have found is that you have to commit to the weeks and 5 days a week so early in the season that sometimes you end up paying for days your child can't participate in. Other than that we greatly appreciate the consistency that camp provides and all of the life lessons that go along with the YMCA's Play with Purpose core values.
Friendly and responsible staff. Well organized activities. Fun atmosphere.
Fun
Our first year at YMCA camp and our son loved it. Thanks to all the counselors!
Pickle Ball, Cycling Class, for us adults. When the kids were younger, they had soccer, and a Halloween party. They had lots of fun there.
Doug has great aquatics boot camp on Thursdays!
My wife and I taken advantage of the senior trips which are well planned out. We have been on numerous trips during the past year and have never been disappointed in trip subject matter or the content of the trip. Looking forward to the numerous trips that we have signed up for yet this year.
Levi loves going. The core values have helped him tremendously. Hannah is amazing with all of the kids along with the counselors.
Variety and good instructors
Quiet, large variety of activities, people are helpful and friendly, clean and convenient hours.
Abby loved the bowling field trip!
Caleb loves Sports Camp - he loves practicing kicking soccer balls!
Well planned
Good programs and great instructors.
The AOA group exercise classes help to retain my strength and balance as I age. The classes are sometimes challenging but always varied. The instructors make exercising fun and the time passes quickly. Meeting wonderful people who become good friends is an important aspect of Fit After Fifty, Silver Sneakers and the Zumba Gold classes.
The camp keeps my kids physically active all summer. I have 3 in sports camp. They love the counselors and different activities. The goals to earn the ribbons too have been great lessons and teachings for my 3 as well. I appreciate this type of environment for my kids so I can work and know they are safe, cared for and in a positive learning environment. Kudos to Hannah and all her counselors!
We live tge sports camp!! Hannah is awesome!
It was really well organized. The hours were great and my daughter had a fabulous time.
Like the pool.
Love the yoga
Took the day bus trip to Cleveland churches. Very informative and excellent guides.
They take me places, show me things I might not see otherwise, affordably & safely. The classes keep me in shape & make me feel better.
I take boot camps! Very good workouts. I’ve tried swim workouts and other classes, all are good!
I like having PICKLEBALL in the mornings too.
Silver Sneakers classes
The Y has so many wonderful trips, both day & overnight.
My son really enjoyed the camp and wants to return for next summer. There is a great variety of activities and the kids seem to be motivated by the ribbon system.
I mostly use free weights, and machines both are in good condition. And plenty of choices, so if something is busy. You could always find something else to work the muscle you're on. Very good, the staff is always friendly, and helpful.
Aquacise class with Gail. She's a fantastic instructor who makes sure everyone knows how to do exercises.
I would come more often if she taught more than 2x a week.

Love the lap pool at French creek. That is the only thing I come there for, but there are eight lanes so it is never crowded. Water temperature is kept cooler which is very good for lap swimming.
