With my neuropathy I have a hard time getting around. I’d love to do pickleball but can’t but there are so manny things I can do!! You have great classes for older active adults. AND great bus trips.

the front desk is so helpful. I called this morning to sign up for a class and they went above and beyond to help me. I never feel out of place there.

I use the pool for laps. The facility is spotless and the staff is very friendly. Programs are available for all age levels.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

As a family we thoroughly enjoyed the basketball 🏀 program. My sons enjoyed learning new skills and playing against other teams. I absolutely enjoy working out. My favorite classes are Water Boot Camp, any Zumba, and Kick boxing.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We love the Y and try to go 6 times a week for 30 min - 1 hr. We use the treadmills, exercise bikes and the machines. We also take some of the Silver Sneakers classes.

And the jacuzzi but I'm waiting for it to be functional again.
