Aqua exercise Monday & Wednesday at 8 AM with Gail. Terrific, fun class. My physical condition has improved since starting the class 2.5 years ago.

I am so happy I am a member of this facility, it’s been few years since I worked out so coming back to it has been a joy .. there is classes for all levels of workout and the people I have met so far are so wonderful, kind and helpful. Thank you for all your hard work and you care for our health . Getting a personal trainer is the best decision I made , Noah has been a joy to work with and the best part he understands what works for me and put together great program to start me on!
