I really hope you find someone to teach the Aqua Fit-deep water class. That was a mistake letting Donna leave. She was a marvelous instructor and the class was always packed. It was the best water workout ever. When you finished her class you were worn out. I still try to do my own workout in the water, but it is not the same. We need someone just as qualified to continue on.

I especially enjoy the access to the pool.
The staff are very nice, the building is pretty and kept well. The grounds invite exploration. The tai chi class is wonderful.

I like the personal training, and all the class options.
Most Group Exercise classes and instructors are great. I would like additional class options @ French Creek location:
Yoga - earlier than 930am in the morning
Maybe try a 'Spenga' type class - we already have Spin/Strength with Shelley and Doug - can we add a quick 'yoga' like segment?
Friday 830am is not great. Maybe work with Kelly - the style of 'do this circuit for 20 minutes' is boring

I like everything!! The facility is clean and beautiful and so much going on at all times of the day. My only complaint is I wished they went back to opening the competition pool at 5:30am. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. People are very friendly. Nothing I don't like.
We have the best classes and instructors for are AOA classes! It makes me excited to go. Kathy does a great Juno for our seniors. She has great bus trips ! I feel lucky to be part of French Creek YMCA!

The only program I use is the child watch, my kids love it and the staff is great
