Cleanliness of facility
We signed up our toddler for lessons this summer. We had taken him last year as well. Our teacher, Luz, is absolutely amazing! She’s so hands on and makes sure to interact with each kid equally. She’s fun and very knowledgeable. Our son loves her. She is far and beyond the best teacher we’ve had there. We have to take a little hiatus because we just had a new baby but we’ll be back and we’ll be signing up specifically for one of Luz’s classes!
Love it! Miss Luz is so patient with my son he started off being so scared of the water. The progress he’s done ina year is astounding. All thanks to Luz!

I love how easy it is to get ahold of someone, the atmosphere is so comfortable, and we LOVE Miss Emma. My kid is 3 and barely had water exposure a few short months ago. Now he is doing bobs, back floating alone, jumping in under water and starting to "dive" for underwater toys. He talks about Miss Emma and really looks forward to showing off for her every week!
Warm water, effective teaching’s
Small classes & wonderful teachers. The staff is always very helpful and make it super easy to navigate class selections and changes when needed.
The place is very organized and the staff is very friendly. I recommend getting a swim suit water extractor as I feel that's the only thing is missing. Other than that the place is well equipped.
The team has been amazing, from management helping to find the right teacher and being so encouraging with my son, to his amazing teacher that has built his confidence with private lessons to now in group lessons leveling up quite quickly! His teacher is patient with him about his fears of "deep" water and new skills, but still challenges him and works to overcome his fears.
Ms. Mia is wonderful with my son. He is excited every week to go and is making great progress.
It was well organized and had great availability for scheduling. Miss Emmy was fabulous and we would love to have her again. She enjoyed working with my son, engaged him and practiced swimming steps in a fun way. I cannot say enough good things about her.

Miss Shauna does amazing with my daughter. When she first started she was scared to even get her face wet. She’s been going for a year now and is almost past the beginner levels. She wants to keep improving and is a confident swimmer now. Highly recommend.

Friendliest staff, I felt so comfortable as soon as we got there. This was a foreign experience for me, I was so nervous, and the staff and instructor made it so easy and completely removed any fears I had!

Damian is a very good instructor. He always makes sure my daughter try her best. Other female instructors would let her do what she wants but Damian is stricter and I like that. My daughter Hope always improves when she is with Damian. She loves Damian too. I feel like even with swim jams if you are not with a good instructor you would not improve. That’s why I stopped signing my daughter up for swim jams although I would love for her to swim more.

My two daughters have been to two classes, and they are very excited and learning so much already! I would highly recommend.
Mia is a very patient and kind instructor that was quickly able to gain our kids trust. The facility in Kenosha was immaculate and all staff was very friendly and helping.

Very organized and nice staff explained all process well
The Swimtastic instructors and teaching method is outstanding! Our main reason for enrolling or sons in lessons was to gain water safety skills. Our school-aged children began lessons, fearful of going underwater and never being able to go under without plugging their noses. After one lesson, they built trust with their instructor and their confidence skyrocketed. They quickly became excited for lessons and the fear subsided. They now are able to safely maneuver through the water are learning actual swim strokes.
