Professional and courteous service
I like the online check-in so I know when the stylist is available. The shop is clean and well-organized, and having TVs with sports on is a good fit. Cuts have always been good.

I always get a great haircut here, but I wish you had a regular appointment system. It's hard to plan ahead with the "join the lineup" system you have now.
