I am hooked om Sport Clips because of the consistency of their cuts regardless of which employee does the cutting. the computer records are reliable and the cutters ask questions to see if the records need to be updated.

I come back to the Breckenridge location in Louisville, KY every two weeks. Every staff there has cut my hair at some point. Everyone is kind, great at cutting hair, and friendly. I’ve been to other locations but I always go back to Breckenridge SC. Every staff is thorough, asks me if everything looks okay, good shampoo with warm towel, asks me if I’m comfortable, and service is always great. They’ve never been late and as long as I arrive when the app tells me to I barely wait. One time my haircut stylist was talking to her boss while cutting my hair; both hair stylist and the boss apologized and gave me a discount. It was truly not bothersome at all and was grateful for the gesture. Thank you for always giving great service and will continue to come back.
