Mattie did a great job, and provided great service
I've been going to this location for the better part of two years now, and I've almost seen Mary-Jane every time. She does wonderful work on my hair and beard and I leave looking like a business professional (Which I am) from when I entered as a Kentuckian Mountain Man (Which I also am in between jobs). She's even got me hooked on some of the hair care products like Voodoo beard oil.
Even though this location is frequently very busy, the mobile app makes it super easy to check in with the stylist I want, and I can leave my house and be seen basically right as I arrive.
I would recommend this store and Mary-Jane.

Your corporate IT folks need to fix the app though. Ex I checked in, 43 min wait, which was fine. I showed up within 40 min, and once in store wait time added an hour. No walk ins were taken ahead of me as Stacy already had her typical wait list.
The timing on the app hasn’t worked right for about a month now. Corp IT should not call store to resolve either as that takes stylist time away from performing services. It’s data and they should be able to find issue and resolve.

I always get great service here. You just have to plan out your appointments strategically - the wait times are getting ridiculously long!

We had visited a sports clips in Middletown louisville Ky before. That was a terrible place. One of your hair stylist was vaping in the store. While working. I was shocked. Very disappointing. You can do what you want on your own time but to be in the store working and vaping that is not okay. We had said no to sports clips and had not been back. In 8 months.
When we saw the one in St. matthews my son so needed hair cuts so we thought we would try it.
We will be back.
