I like that my hair cut preference is stored so I don’t have to tell them how I want my hair cut each time. I like getting my hair washed after. Though the only thing I would change would be how they remove the towel after the cut and then trim the back of my neck. It always leaves a lot of small hairs that itch. If they went upward after removing the towel it might be better. Or moving the towel down and trimming then using the towel to remove the hairs. Idk that’s my only issue and it’s no big deal. Just a thought
