They are very efficient, friendly and I never have any complaints on my haircut even when I schedule a first available. I've gone to other sports clips locations throughout Louisville but the Middletown store is the best one so far employees and service wise.

She knew I was tired since I told her, so she kept her voice low and was very kind.
Also, she actively recommended me to try the other service that is free for the first visitor, which means extra work for her.
She serviced me with the great attitude from beginning to the end.
Massage service was the greatest part.
