Everything. Have been going to Middletown since it opened. Joanne has always help support special Olympics that I run. Stylist are always pleasant and easy to interact with. Used Brooke this time and she was awesome. Came home and first words out of my wife’s mouth was how awesome my cut looked. Ty Brooke.

The staff is Awesome @ Middletown, I have always been greeted when walking in the door. I appreciate the app to find out the wait time, so I work it around my schedule. Brittany cut my hair several times and does a wonderful time. All your staff have been friendly since I started going there for the last 3 years.
I would like to see the company upgrade to a better massage unit. Other than that no complaints! Happy New Year!
