For the most part, consistency. The stylists at my local shop are always courteous, friendly, and willing to chat while they cut my hair (or my kids'). Atmosphere is pleasant, and the MVP is always relaxing.

Everything from the atmosphere to the person that cut my hair was really nice. Tara knocked it out of the park. I'm a Marine Corps veteran and so I am picky about my fade haircut. I have learned through process of elimination that this place gives the best haircuts! Great atmosphere great people!
