I like the decor and atmosphere, getting my hair washed after the haircut, the hot towel. The whole experience is relaxing. I liked interacting with Renita. The price is reasonable. I also like being able to use the app to see what the wait time is and then get in line when i want to. I don't have to make an appointment weeks in advance.
