I love the online check-ins. I don’t like how they change or not. Your online software pretty much sucks. I work 30miles away from my Sport Clips. I use my check on time to change when I leave work to get a cut. More than 2x it has went from 90+ minutes to your next in 5 minutes. It has also went from 90 minutes, and you’re next to where I wait 1-1/2 hours in the store. I’m sure this will never get read, so a waste of my time means I will go back to great clips, their online check in is awesome.

Everyone at the location I go to are very friendly, but Meg is fantastic. Y’all should consider giving the girl a huge raise. If she ever leaves, the city will go dark, a great famine will occur, the streets will flood, and everyone out here will be looking rough….from lack of proper hairstylings. She’s amazing.
