I have been a customer of Maximum FX since 2013. Over the years I have tried on different stylists and experiences— The overall experience and the outcome are always exceptional. Not once have I left feeling unsatisfied with my service or visit to the salon. Everything, from booking the appointment, to the haircut, to checking out — is thoughtful, relaxing, and just what I am looking for in a salon experience. It is a community. Over the years I have recommended countless friends and family and they also love their time at Maximum FX. I'm currently seeing Brittany for my 8 week haircuts and she is simply fantastic! As a first time client, I felt special and welcome. Having just signed up on-line I didn't know exactly what to expect, but I had heard great things and my visit did not disappoint. Irene took great care to pamper me with fantastic products and a scalp massage before my cut and listened carefully to what I wanted done. She gave great advice to manage my expectations of applying the look from an inspiration photo to my own hair and did a beautiful job. We even took the next step of scheduling a color consultation to see if that is in my future. Thanks for making my first haircut in ages a great one!

Irene was excellent. I could go without the scalp massage and what not but the experience as a whole was positive. Irene was knowledgeable about what to do with my hair type and helpful in choosing a cut that worked. She executed said cut better than anyone else I've been to. I'm happy with her work. The salon seemed clean and the staff friendly.

the front desk staff were amazing!!! happy, friendly and helpful. loved my experience. the hairsstylist was extremely friendly, talkative cheery and did an EXCCELLENT job in dying my hair I had NO dye on my forehead NOR face and ears!!!! and the blow out was AMAZING!!!!!! she followed my instructions on how I like styling my hair. I left the salon smiling and feeling I looked gorgeous!!!!! Thank you for always having excellent staff!!!!
