Great quality services by skilled hair stylists. However, the salon on 8/11 was too warm -- as though the air conditioning was turned up too high. I was uncomfortable the entire time.

If you're going to keep the PocketSalon app, pease train employees on the self checkout option! I was an early adopter for this very reason, yet in the many appointments I've had, the people checking me out never know how to use it. Someone has to be called to walk them through what to click, or there are several minutes of trial and error on your end to let me close my ticket.
Also, I miss the hand lotion during blowout :) Even if not the massage, would be great to get a little dollop to rub in myself.

Glad I discovered this gem of a hair salon. Angie and Teresa are the absolute best! As well as the rest of the staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, and just talented with everything from cuts, color, and beyond. Plus, with it being an Aveda salon you know you won’t be disappointed.

Teresa is so wonderful! I was nervous about starting with a new haircutter after going to the same one for 12 years. But since I moved, I had to find a new salon. And Teresa is great - she listened to what I wanted, gave her input when I asked, and was also very personable. I will definitely be returning.

This is the second time I've gone to Melissa and I absolutely love her. Her friendliness is genuine and her bubbly demeanor just puts you at ease. I would recommend her to anyone that likes to chat a little during their haircut. That being said, she also knows when to let you enjoy the shampoo and hair drying in peace so it was a perfect experience for me. Oh, she's really great at actually cutting hair too!! She pretty much exactly mimicked the reference photo I showed her.
