My experience has always been great, however, the last shampoo experience I had was not up to par. My scalp wasn’t scrubbed and the temple massage didn’t last as long as normal.
I had to reschedule last minute due to kiddo issue and was able to get an appt the next day which was amazing. In addition I ended up having to bring my 4 yo with me and everyone seemed so sweet and accommodating to help me figure things out with her there unexpectedly. I really appreciated it and the beautician even offered to brush and curl my little girl’s hair which was so sweet and kind. She had a ball. Thank you!
