I live in Byrdstown, TN, received a recall for a part my car needed that could only be done by a GM dealer. I tried 3 dealerships who said the part was on a National back order and was out of stock so only a dealer who already had it would be my only option. My niece highly recommended Don Franklin, Burkesville and it is only a 45 minute drive. The courteous, efficient Seth not only had the part but gave me the soonest appointment four days away. The experience was easy and smooth. Both employees and customers seemed happy to be there. It was an amazing experience to be welcomed into a clean, friendly environment in a well equipped, comfortable customer waiting area complete with a selection of coffee and teas. The car was complete in the two hours I was told to expect and delivered, running and warm right to the door. It works perfectly and I found myself smiling all the way home at what a top notch experience and service it was.
