Even though I have can make an appointment, my schedule gets hectic and I have to go when an opportunity strikes. So, I usually go as a walk-in. Most of the time, my wait is not longer than 30 minutes. As well, the staff never appears to be put out that I just walked in. They are always very friendly and they cut my hair the way I request it to be done.
